Vulva odor, more commonly referred to as vaginal odor, is any type of abnormal and unpleasant odor or smell originating from the vagina. It is often characterized as a ‘fishy body odor’. • Drink herbal tea made of fenugreek seeds at least two times a day
• Eat at least two cups of plain yogurt on a daily basis
• Make sure that you implement proper genital hygiene
• Soak your lower body in a bath solution made from half a cup of white vinegar and salt
• Use garlic as an integral ingredient when preparing your daily meals
• Take a bath using water that has been added with apple cider vinegar
• Use a mild, natural soap to wash your vaginal area during your regular showers or baths
• Avoid frequent douching
